My weight loss success

February 7, 2009

“I was suprised when I lost 25 lbs but once I lost 44lbs I was blown away”

My name is Sarah Rose and I want to share my weight loss story with you. I put this site up because my friends didn’t believe that I lost so much weight so quickly without expensive surgery.   But I did and I hope my story inspries you to do the same because it is possible!

I used to be happy with my weight but over the years the lbs just kept adding up. I have really struggled with my weight and the negative self image it caused me. I recently developed a system for myself using acai berrys and colon cleanser that has caused me to lose alot of weight and keep it off.  I feel so healthy and like a completely different person!

This is me in September and then four months later.

I use 2 diet products that I saw on TV and online. Acai Berry and Colon Cleansing, helped me lose 42 pounds in under 15 weeks. The best part is, I was able to get them for free:

Step 1: Acai Berry Supplement Free Trial

Step 2: Colon Cleanser Supplement Free Trial

My struggle with my weight

I was always happy with my weight even though I always could have a lost a couple of extra lbs I was never fat.  But then I got married and had 2 kids.  I had a job and was so busy every day that I didn’t have time to take care of myself.  One day my family and I were looking through pictures and the contrast between the way I looked and the way I looked was frightening.   Within 3 years I had gained over 40 lbs.

The largest number I saw on the scale was 203 lbs It seemed like there was no end to how much weight I could put on, and it was affecting my life in so many ways, TOO many ways, it just had to stop.  I tried alot of popular diets like the zone and The Atkins diet.  I even even tried programs like Weight Watchers   I would lose weight initially but it would always come back.  I felt hopeless.  I would look in the mirror and see my old self surrounded by layers of fat.  i use to spend alot of time on myself with makeup, hair, and clothes. but then I just tried to not bring attention to myself.  I was getting depressed and skipping out on social arrangements.  Then I saw something that changed my life.

How Oprah turned my life around

Oprah has alot of good guests on her show with great advice, but when I saw Dr. Oz on the show talking about a new superfood called the Acai Berry I would still be fat.

Dr. Oz proceeded to talk about a berry that had been discovered in the Amazon Rainforest called “Acai” (pronounced ah-sah-eee). It’s similar to pomegranate but way more powerful and better tasting. The part that caught my attention was when Dr. Oz explained how these berries help you lose weight by suppressing hunger and boosting energy, exactly what we busy people needed. It was on Oprah and promoted by Dr. Oz so I figure it has to work to some extent!

acaimages

“Acai berries are among the most nutritious foods, very high in anti-oxidants…”

Than it seemed almost coincidental when I saw him again the next day on other shows talking about another good way to lose weight. Dr. Oz also mentioned that keeping your colon clean can be a great way to lose weight in which dieting and exercise cannot. Expressing that a years worth of bad junk get stuck in your colon like toxins etc. I don’t know all the medical terms but the point is simple and I just figured out the perfect method that led to my incredible weight loss!

That’s when the idea for the “double diet” hit me. What if I tried both Acai products and colon cleanse products to create a super safe and super effective diet?

The “double diet” diet that kept my weight off for good

When I had my idea to combine these two methods, I needed to find a way to test it without spending lots of money. I searched for a few days and found some great free trials of products to test.

The two products I found, and still use, are Acai Berry Supplement and Colon Clensing Supplement.

Here’s how I combine them so effectively:

Step 1:

Free Trial of Acai Berry Supplement is the first and most important part of my routine. If you’ve been watching TV lately you know that CNN and Oprah have covered the health benefits of Acai pretty frequently.

Acai Berry Supplements and Colon Cleanse Supplements help me:

* Regulate my metabolism
* Suppress my hunger during the day
* Boost my energy so I could focus on my kids, job, husband, and just more “me” time.
* Lose several pounds from my body by replacing coffee and soda (and keep my teeth whiter :) )

I got a free 30-day trial of Acai Berry Supplement and I simply love the fact that I can take the Acai and go on with my day with no worries. This would not work nearly as effective on it’s own, as when I combined it with step 2.

Step 2:

Free trial of Colon Supplement
is the second important step in my routine. Without this step I don’t believe I would have achieved the same results, it really made a crucial difference for cleansing the toxins in my body. While Acai Berry gives me energy and helps suppress my hunger, my Colon Cleanser Supplement:

* Removes the harmful toxins in my body
* Removes walls of aged sludge in my colon
* Helped me lose several inches off my waist that exercise couldn’t
* Helped reduce my blood pressure and cholesterol levels

I got a free bottle of Colon Supplement and I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the evening when I take my Acai. They are the perfect weight-loss combination, helping me shed flab and cleanse my system of harmful waste build up. (That’s why I call it the “double diet.”)

The results of MY OWN diet routine

During my trial period I lost 25 lbs! I continued using both products and lost another 19lbs. (That’s a total of 44lbs in 3 and a half months!) I’m back to 160 which is the thinnest I’ve been in long time!

This is the first time in a LONG time that i feel comfortable in my skin. not only do i weigh 30 pounds less than i did a year ago, but i am much more muscular. i’m toned! it’s awesome.

My husband is proud of me and I love the compliments I get from others who haven’t seen me in a while.  The best part is that I have more confidence and energy than I ever have in my life I feel like a new person!

I hope my story has made you realize that it is possible and to keep on trying because it is worth it.  My life has changed in ways that I never though possible and it all comes from having a better self image of myself.

I  have tried so many different diets but my method has been the only thing that has helped me lose so much weight and keep it off!  The best part is I have found free trials so you can test it out and see if its right for you.

From the kitchen of Kevin Taylor, the BBQ Guru

This is one I discovered during my early cooking endeavors. Notice the first ingredient…that’s right mashed potatoes! You must try this. It is very rich and you can’t tell it is made with potatoes. Truly one of my favorite desserts.

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease AND flour baking pan.

Beat together butter and sugar. Beat in potatoes (make sure they are cool) and eggs, one at a time. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar and all the spices. Add flour mixture and milk to potato mixture, alternating and blending after each. Stir in chocolate. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool and glaze (dissolve 3 tablespoons water in 1 cup powdered sugar).
